Please vote YES for Proposition 2 this election day. Prop 2 is the clean water question which will fund septic and sewer system upgrades throughout Suffolk County. Right here at Georgica Pond, this money funded by 1/8 of a cent increase in the Suffolk County sales tax will match Town and State tax free funds to homeowners to upgrade their septic systems.
Newsday has endorsed Prop 2 and so has Friends of Georgica Pond Foundation.
